Manu Chau fell in love with the sounds of this blind couple from Mali after listening to it in a taxi in Paris. In no time he managed to meet them and the album 'Dimanche a Bamako' is the result.

Pepe DeLuxe is a crazy band from Finland, and it was hard to choose only 3 tracks from their album 'BEATitude'. They flirt with dance, rock, latin, Asian music and more.
Black Cadillac (4) and Girl (7) are just examples of what they do.
Cruel Youth (13) is the track I love the most. A dark tale of murder with some samples that I'm pretty sure they've nicked from Roberto Carlos. A cake for the the person who find out the name of the track I think they've sampled
